Latest Updates from Our Project:

Redesigned Modular Pipeline Kit, Field of Screams Pledge Manager Kit, Pledge Manager Launching!
about 4 years ago – Fri, Apr 17, 2020 at 08:01:04 PM

Hello Backers!

Last update we shared that we were planning on adjusting the Modular Pipeline Kit to be a better match for the scale we intended.  We listened to a lot of feedback and scenarios people were hoping to use the pipelines for.  We then went through a redesign cycle to in our opinion improve on the pipeline while still hopefully hitting most of the goals!

We have reduced the scale of the pipes to better fit in with the miniatures, but still retain the necessary height to either block line of sight, or be considered a wall for fantasy tabletop use!  We did this by raising the final design slightly off the floor with legs and we think the new look is awesome!  We also went ahead and created 2 different lengths of straight pipe.  We now have both 50MM(2 inch) and 100MM(4 inch segments) included in the kits, a new 4 way connector piece instead of just a T junction, and are providing significantly more table coverage with all these new pieces without increasing the cost at all.

Here are some pictures on the new pipeline pieces

The new mystery kit that is available in the pledge manager is our "Field of Screams!"

This kit was inspired by our scare crow stretch goal.  This kit is going to contain more copies of the scare crow, an alternate pose of the scarecrow with one of the posts broken and the scarecrow hanging by one hand, some pumpkin pile scatter terrain, and a giant gnarled creepy tree!

Here are a few pictures of the different pieces

We are submitting our Pledge Manager for review.  Once we get the green light invites should start to go out this weekend!

Once all of the invites are out we will post another update as well so if you have not received your email invitation you can check your spam folders, and if still no luck reach out to us once you see the update that all invites have been sent out.

We hope everyone has a safe and game filled weekend! Let us know what you think of the new pipeline kit, and the Field of Screams in the comments!

End of March Update!
about 4 years ago – Mon, Mar 30, 2020 at 11:19:42 PM

Hello Everyone,

I hope that everyone is safe and healthy.  We are moving along with minimal impact at the moment from the Covid-19 outbreak.

The Pledge Manager is almost ready for launch.  We are updating some photos, and putting the finishing touches on the mystery kit!  We hope to have it live in the next week or so.

We have not been sitting around waiting on the pledge manager, we have been hard at work getting a head start on anticipated selections!  Here are a few quick cell phone pictures that we have snapped and posted to our social media. Here are some painted chairs going for sealing as well as the cargo stacks from the Crown N Laurel Wagon Cart!  We also have a photo of the Foot Locker master models getting ready for molding.

'We also have the final paint jobs ready for the slime throne, as well as the Scare Crow Stretch goal!  Here are some quick shots of both of those as well.

With getting the actual production molds created and ready to go for many of our models, we have discovered that we were able to optimize our expense on some of the models.  We decided that  we wanted to pass the savings along to you our incredible backers!

When the pledge manager goes live you may notice on some of the selections there is a lower price then you expected.  This means that the credit you have from your Kickstarter pledge will go a bit further and you will be able to get even more value for your pledge or additions!

We have been reviewing our modular pipeline system, and the current size we have it scaled to is just a bit to large.  We have looked at many similar systems across industry's (like the Games Workshop pipeline) and they are substantially smaller.  We do not want to match their size, we feel our design is intended to be slightly larger then theirs, but the scale was just to large on our prototypes vs standard sized minis.  We are slightly reducing their scale and increasing the number of pieces you get in a kit.  This is going to give you more table coverage and layout options per kit!

Last week, I managed to break away from sculpting and participate in the Virtual Gary Con Streamed One Shot "7th Passage of the Maelstrom" with DM Dan Masucci, Joe Manganiello, Nick Manganiello, Tom Swagger, and Thad Casey!  Check out the stream here if you missed it.

These are all of the updates for now, we will post another update shortly when the pledge manager is going live!

Thanks,

We did it!
about 4 years ago – Wed, Mar 04, 2020 at 09:52:15 PM

We wanted to thank all of our Backers for believing in us, and this next set of Galladoria Games Miniatures!

We are officially funded :)

We also wanted to give you a quick road map of whats next in this adventure.

In roughly 2-3 weeks Kickstarter will deposit the funds from this campaign in our account.  We partner with the pledge manager software "Backerkit" This is an incredibly robust and easy to use website that allows you to manage your mailing information and make your pledge selections.  This website also allows you to add additional funds if you so choose for extra product.

The Backerkit will tentatively go live at the end of this month / start of April.  We will keep you updated as we get closer to launching the pledge manager.

We will try and keep the pledge manager open for as long as possible right up until we start shipping.  We  own the manufacturing, and will be producing all of the product so we do not need to get final numbers to a 3rd party. This will allow us more flexibility in keeping this open longer.

There will be 1 or 2 new "surprise" kits that you can choose from in the pledge manager. These are kits we did not get to during the campaign, but we would like to put directly in the pledge manager for everyone.  More on these as we get closer to its launch.

Since the campaign closed with fewer backers then we originally anticipated we will most likely be starting fulfillment earlier then estimated.  As we start production in full swing, we will post updates and pictures both here and on our Instagram and Facebook feeds.  Make sure you follow us if you want to see all the behind the scenes content.  We are going to try and keep the official Kickstarter updates to a steady but non intrusive pace, where posts to Instagram and Facebook will be more impromptu and constant.  When we are further along in production we will provide any updated time lines as appropriate.

For now we are going to take a short rest, and we will be back shortly with lots of updates and previews of the creation of "For the Terrain!"

Thank you again for your trust and belief in us as a company!

4 days to go and next stretch goal revealed!
about 4 years ago – Fri, Feb 28, 2020 at 10:41:47 PM

Good evening backers!

With just 4 days left to go and a little over $1,300 till the lion fountain unlocks, we thought this would be a good time to show our next stretch goal!  The scare crow.  Is it a warning posted by the local farmers or is it a deadly creature waiting for unsuspecting adventurers????

Lets share the campaign, and get these next two free stretch goals unlocked!

Let us know what you think of the scare crow in the comments.

Demonic Prison Cell Revealed!
about 4 years ago – Fri, Feb 28, 2020 at 01:20:03 AM

Good evening backers!

We are pulling into the home stretch, and we wanted to unveil the Demonic Prison Cell now.  This Prison Cell is a standard 50mm tile size, that is full compatible with our existing dungeon terrain, and other popular dungeon tiles.

The cell door is functional, and the piece comes pre-magnetized for compatibility with our metal terrain trays.

All backers on the infernal kit will get this included in their pledge!

Let us know what you think of this latest addition in the comments below.
